Tom Mulligan, Co-Founder; CEO & COO

Tom is the brains of Digital Design.  He graduated with a Masters in Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.  For over 20 years he was involved in computer systems and data imaging.  He spent time in New Orleans before returning to the Cleveland area where he became a Senior Systems Analyst and Project Manager in data imaging and information technology. Tom oversees the entire operation at Digital Design yet still enjoys video editing.  Tom's passion is in the production of historical family preservation movies and is involved with historical preservation.  He's also an avid boater and amazing water skier!

Adam Lapsevich, Co-Founder; President and Chief Creative Officer

Adam is the visionary.  He holds a B.S. in Mass Communications from Middle Tennessee State University.  He was a DJ in Washington DC then worked in entertainment, sales and marketing for several major cruise lines. He has sailed on over 200 cruises and has visited 22 countries to date.  In 2005 he co-founded Digital Design.  He oversees all marketing and sales efforts.  He's also an enthusiastic and dynamic speaker.  His presentation "The Power of YouTube and Online Marketing with Video" landed him a spot as a featured speaker at the COSE Conference in 2009, Northern Ohio's largest "small business" organization.    He hosts a fund raising party every year for a local animal shelter and also enjoys gourmet cooking and fine wine.  He's actually quite a remarkable chef too!

Sharon Harms, Chief Financial Officer

Sharon makes sure we're profitable.  She holds a MBA from Walsh University and a Bachelor's in Accounting from Malone College. She is a Certified Public Accountant and oversees all financial aspects of the company.  Her hobbies include spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys walking, gardening and cooking and has delighted our studio many days by bringing in pastas, soups and cookies.

Vicky DiMichele, Senior Production Manager

Vicky graduated from the Cleveland Institute of Art with a Masters of Fine Arts in Digital Media.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Commercial Art from Ashland University. She teaches video editing, Photoshop and several other digital media courses when time permits.  She enjoys spending time with her Chihuahua "Little Puppy" and is also an avid sports fan.  She even spent a year playing professional woman's football for the Cleveland Fusion!

John Stealey, Executive Producer, Video Editor and Videographer

John's experience is invaluable to Digital Design.  Besides being our Executive Producer for all of our on-location video shoots, John also produces video for ESPN, Fox Sports Ohio and several other broadcast networks.  He's involved with most all major sports events including being the video guy for the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Cleveland Browns.  He hails from Los Angeles but married a Cleveland gal, so guess where he ended up?!

James Hecker, Video Editor, Graphic Designer

James joined Digital Design as an intern.  He is a videographer, editor and script writer and also does a wonderful job at graphic design.  James is involved with Community Theater and plays a mean piano!  He enjoys music, spirited drives on twisty roads and snow skiing on a cold winter day!

Mark Most, Photographer

Mark is Digital Design's official photographer.  He lends his expertise to everything from corporate events to family functions and just about anything in between.  He is married to his lovely wife Tammy and has 3 sons, just like Fred MacMurray!  Mark enjoys sports, eating great food and drinking a cold beer.  His favorite thing is drinking a cold beer while watching sports and eating!  That's only next to spending time with Tammy and the boys though!

Rebecca Wilde, Voice-Over Talent

We are thrilled to have the morning voice of Cleveland's #1 radio station, Q104, as a voiceover talent for Digital Design.  Rebecca has been involved in the radio industry for years and is the co-host of the popular "Wilde and Fee" morning show on the station.  Rebecca is involved with several animal welfare organizations and can also be seen on Cleveland's Fox 8 Television Station on various local programs.

Ken Eaken, Voice-Over Talent

Ken hails from Dallas, Texas.  He started doing voiceover work because of his speaking skills on American Airlines!  In 1973 he was a flight service director.  When he spoke "Welcome aboard American Airline flight 21 to Los Angeles", people listened!  The New York to LA flight often had celebrities and others in entertainment onboard.  That's where his voice was discovered. 

He started doing voiceover work for a living and has worked for American Top 40's Casey Casem, Verizon, Dell Computers and many others.  Thanks to the marvels of modern technology, scripts are emailed to Ken and a voiceover file is sent back to the DDV studio, all through email.

Trish Basanyi, Voice-Over Talent

Trish is a full-time voice talent serving clients world wide from her home studio, and is often retained by Fortune 500 companies to provide a diverse range of voice-over projects for radio and TV commercials, website audio, streaming video, multimedia and more.

Her clients include: Trump Taj Mahal, Verizon, Wal-Mart, Pepsi, Garmin, Motorola, Miami MetroZoo Audio Tours & most importantly, Digital Design Video.

Krista Klear, Voice-Over Talent

Rusty and Lulu Jean, Playtime Coordinators / Stress Relievers

Rusty and Lulu, lovers at first site, are both Pom mixes of some sort.  Rusty is a Pom/Spitz Mix and Lulu is a Pom/Corgi mix.  Both were adopted - Rusty from our local shelter and Lulu from a Puppy Mill.  They get to hang out all day at the studio with the gang are the official greeters when clients walk in.

Rusty holds a Masters in Being Cute while Lulu Jean is still working on her Charm School Diploma!  Both have hit the "doggie lotto" and now are surrounded with love and companionship 24/7.

We are firm believers in adopting pets.  Please, if you can't adopt, at least donate to your local shelter once in a while.
