Adam Lapsevich, Co-Founder; CEO

Adam is the visionary of SpoonDrawer Media Group and Digital Design.  He holds a B.S. in Recording and Broadcasting Communications from Middle Tennessee State University.  He has over 20 years in sales and marketing, with a major portion of that in the cruise line industry.   He's a creative genius when it comes to marketing with video. His presentation "The Power of YouTube and Video Marketing" has landed him speaking engagements around the country.

For Fun:  He's an avid runner and swimmer who also enjoys gourmet cooking. He's into animal rescue and holds a fundraiser yearly for a local animal shelter. He's the proud dad to 3 amazing Pomeranian-mix rescues,  Rusty, Lulu and Sandy.

Teresa Crockett, Production Manager

Teresa officially started as Production Manager with us in mid-September. She is a graduate of the Cleveland Institute of Art with years of editing and animation experience under her belt.  She is a motion graphics video artist with extensive experience in animation and video compositing.

For Fun: Teresa dabbles in arts and crafts including painting, knitting, sketching and learning new animation techniques.  She is also a total bookworm.

Anthony Reif, Videographer, Editor and Graphic Designer

Anthony graduated Magna Cum Laude from Kent State University with a degree in electronic media production. He enjoys shooting and editing video as well as the entire creative aspect of the industry.

For Fun:  Anthony enjoys editing in his free time as well.  He's produced some very cool movie shorts.

John Stealey, Videographer, Animator and Editor

John's experience is invaluable to Digital Design.  Besides working with us, he produces video for ESPN, Fox Sports Ohio and several other broadcast networks.  He's involved with most all major sports events including being the video guy for the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Cleveland Browns.  He hails from Los Angeles but married a Cleveland gal, so guess where he ended up?!

For Fun: John loves Apple products, shopping at the Apple store and playing with his Apple gadgets!

Mark Most, Photographer

Mark is Digital Design's official photographer.  He lends his expertise to everything from corporate events to family functions and just about anything in between.  He is married to his lovely wife Tammy and has 3 sons that keep him very busy.

For Fun: Mark enjoys sports, eating great food and drinking a cold beer.  His favorite thing is drinking a cold beer while watching sports and eating!  That's only next to spending time with Tammy and the boys though!
